Embracing Transitions by DonYeta Villavaso-Madden
Product ID: 00000057

This is the instant download version of the tele-class entitled Embracing Transitions by DonYeta Villavaso Madden.

Share tools to for emotional management through transition using the ARCH power as armor to process life.
A- attitude of gratitude
R- reaching out for readiness
C- change management redefined as non-organizational
H- honoring the process, as a learning passing moment.

Students who participate in the class will create a rich learning dialogue to uncover a community of ideas using the LYCS (Lucy Yee Consulting Services) ARCH foundation.

This tele-class will harvest the experience and learning of its’ participants. The class is what we collectively create using the ARCH as the moderating guidelines to stimulate storytelling and to inspire women. The unique perspective of this class is that there are no wrong answers, because each story is from a place of personal truth that only the participant can share. In the past participants, of a similar class topic and format, have walked away with confidence, direction and a feeling of being supported.

When completed each participant will walk away with:

* A new understanding of Transition. What does it really mean? Where does it start? Where does it end?

* Insight and gratitude into her current position in life and the knowing that you are exactly where you are suppose to be;

* Positive reflection tools;

* Subject matter expert information;

* New or renewed ideas beyond coping and shift to a state of living;

* An appreciation of fear and what it means.
