Maia Beatty is a Master Trainer, Co-Active Coach, International Keynote Speaker and Author, who says her passion for Powerful Presence started when she was 7 years old.

As a result, the art of creating strategies for success comes as naturally to her as breathing.

It’s taken her from 17-year-old runaway to sandblasting and painting submarines in the US Navy, from non-traditional jobs as a skilled laborer in the Navy as well as in the private sector, from certified addictions counselor and employee assistance professional to over 20 years as a professional keynote speaker, master trainer and co-active coach.

Her specialty is sharing her strategies with other people so they can find that Powerful Presence inside of themselves.
