We will use body parts as metaphors to bring your dream to life in this highly interactive, thought provoking and catalystic weekend. We will work:

** Heart: your passion, mission and purpose
** Eyes: your ideal future vision
** Brain: your CEO mindset
** Face: your unique brand
** Mouth: your voice through effective copy writing and messaging
** Ears: listening to your customer
** Hands: your service
** Legs: your success activities and time management
** Stomach: the guts and courage you need to be successful

You will have the opportunity to look at your dream from these 9 different perspectives and get more insights into your own leadership strengths and opportunities for growth that you thought possible.

** 4 nights of lodging
** Retreat program: 18 hours of experiential learning with amazing women

AGENDA

** Wed 11/17: Arrive, settle in and participate in a fun opening activity
** Thur 11/18: Work through the Heart, Eyes, Brain and Stomach of a leader as they apply directly to your dream case.
** Fri 11/19: Work through the Face, Mouth, Ears, Hands and Legs of a leader as they apply directly to your dream case.
** Sat 11/20: Direct Dream Feedback - present your dream challenge to the group and receive targeted feedback via an interactive peer coaching session.
** Sun 11/21: Participate in a memorable closing activity before departing.

There will be recreation time built into the entire weekend with one trip to a local vineyard, time for rest, relaxation, and other outdoor activities to enjoy.
